4 lamb chops
3 teaspoons currypowder
25 g butter
250 g chestnut mushrooms (quartered)
2 teaspoons of chives (chopped)
Rub the lamb chops with salt and curry powder. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and brown the meat on high heat in 1-2 minutes. Arrange the mushrooms around the meat and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring the mushrooms. Put the lamb chops on two plates. Flavour the mushrooms with salt and pepper and stir through the chives. Put the mushrooms on and next to the meat on the plate. Combines well with baked potatoes and a carrot salad.
