Processing mushrooms is ongoing business. The fresh product is thoroughly inspected upon arrival. ‘OK’ here means straight to the production line. Once there, the mushrooms are evacuated, washed, visually inspected, cut (halved, quartered, sliced or caps without stems), then blanched and cooled again. After that, the mushrooms are packed in buckets. Unopened, the buckets have a shelf life of six weeks. The whole process is designed to retain maximum freshness. VEC Champ also guarantees you fast delivery at home and abroad.
