Mushroom soup with meatballs

Ingredients
1 ciabatta (bakeoff)
25 g fresh chives
200 g steak tartare
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 bag stir fry mix with mushrooms (400g)
200 g broad beans (frozen works as well)
1 jar beef stock (350 ml)

Bereiden
Pre-heat the oven and bake the ciabatta as per instructions on the package. Chop the chives. Flavour the steak tartare with salt, pepper and half of the chives. Roll it into small meatballs.  Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the stir fry mix for 5 minutes. Add the stock and 1 litre of water and bring to the boil. Add broad beans and meatballs and boil the soup for about 10 minutes. Flavour with salt and pepper and add the rest of the chives. Serve with bread and herbed butter.
